When I saw Ray Cotham again it reminded me of what he did several times. I would be sound asleep and he would get a loaf of bread hot out of the oven and set it on my chest. That really makes you awake in a hurry.

 Also Eugene Crowe and I were close friends, he had chronic sea sickness, I do not remember if he ever got over it. 

I went to visit him after I was married. Some time after 1949 in Brea, Calif.
